Seymour Mace Is Covered In Stickers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Free Fringe, set up in the 1990's by Peter Buckley Hill, is a fantastic idea, making participation in the Festival more affordable for performers and more attractive to those who find the Fringe a bit too corporate these days. Darkchat now devotes one day in our week at the Festival to focus on shows that are part of the Free Fringe.

This year Seymour Mace's show was among the excellent performers we picked that day, the others being Olaf Falafel, John Robertson, Attila the Stockbroker and John Otway.

We had never seen Seymour Mace before and quickly realised we were in for a treat. As the tile suggests he was indeed covered in stickers and the audience was encouraged to shout out the subjects on the stickers for a joke on that particular topic. Quite a range was available but all very funny, my personal favourite being 'Jeremy Irons'.

After an hour of mayhem, with a slightly terrifying impression of a bird of prey thrown in, we were very glad that we had chosen to spend some time with Seymour Mace and his coat of many stickers.
