Olaf Falafel Presents: I Used to Work in a Helium Balloon Factory Until they Let Me Go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wednesday 12th August 14.30

Olaf Falafel is a Fringe Festival regular and Darkchat has often put his show on the shortlist of 'possibles' but he has never before made it onto the Darkchat Spreadsheet for the week (of course we have a spreadsheet) and we are so glad we have finally seen this talented comedian.

Olaf Falafel has funny bones and as soon as he came on stage, we could relax, confident that we were in for a very enjoyable hour. There was plenty of audience interaction but none of it intimidating and all of it was ridiculous.

His energy is astonishing and the jokes came thick and fast. There were very funny puns and silly one liners (his joke about Kajagoogoo being my favourite), surreal film clips and opportunities to sing along.

We left with big smiles on our faces and feeling quite energised. There may be a strong case for making a regular dose of Olaf Falafel available on the NHS, though I suspect it could prove addictive.
